THE PHRASE 'non-genital man' used by Zoe Heller to describe me (Review, 6 December) originated in a book published in the United States (My Enemy, My Love by Judith Levine) that stated - falsely and defamingly - that I am a 'self-styled 'non-genital man' '.
I have never ever said any such thing about myself, nor has my friend Andrea Dworkin ever said any such thing about me.
