l "THERE is scant sympathy for utilities investors among those too poor or too idle to join the fray," writes William Kay (Business, 12 March). Have things gone so far that financial commentators are unaware of a third category: those too contemptuous of the Government's attempt to addict us to a something-for-nothing pseudo-economy to want any part of it?
