The wheeling arpeggios and chiming harmonies with which Jim James and co fill Circuital act merely as a backdrop for some of the poorest lyrics ever: try "The day is coming, the day is near, the day is coming, you know what I mean". More stuff to block out the silent moments of your life, and nothing else.
