1 whole 500g/1lb 2oz wheel of Vacherin cheese
1 tablespoon dry white wine
Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Leave cheese in its wooden box, but remove lid. Cut a flap in top of the cheese and pour in wine. Place in an oven dish in case box collapses. Put on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes until melted.
