175g/6oz bag of pre-cooked frozen crabmeat, thawed

2-4 large red chillies, seeded and finely chopped

4 sheets nori seaweed

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh coriander, to garnish

Sliced lime, to garnish

Cut each piece of nori to a square that fits a small plate. Mix rice, crabmeat and chillies, and divide between plates, on top of the nori. Squeeze over lime juice. Garnish with coriander and lime slices.
