Adele confirms she and Simon Konecki are 'still very much together'
The singer has contradicted reports they are leading separate lives
“Skyfall” singer Adele has confirmed that she and her partner are “still very much together” following reports that they had split up.
This afternoon the singer, 26, warned her Twitter followers “not to believe what you read” and said that she and Simon Konecki, who is the father of her child, are still an item.
Her remarks follow a report in the Sun on Sunday newspaper published today which claimed Konecki, 40, had moved out of the family home and that the pair had hardly seen each other in the past eight weeks.
A source reportedly told the paper: 'It isn't clear if they've officially split, but they are certainly not living together anymore.”
Adele, whose second album 21 went 16 times Platinum and sold 30m copies worldwide, is believed to be working on a new record.
She is very private about her personal life and only revealed that she was pregnant with her first child three months before he was born.
