Victoria Beckham dramatically crawls around on all fours after doing ALS ice bucket challenge

Victoria Beckham - who is, however unfairly, not normally known for her sense of humour – has taken part in the ALS ice bucket challenge.

Rather impressively, she has two buckets of icy water thrown over her - by husband David and sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz. She screeches, then dramatically falls to the ground and crawls around briefly on her knees.

It’s definitely one of the more theatrical reactions we’ve seen to the challenge so far and an act we never thought we’d see from the fashion designer – although she did pose as a gardener for Vogue recently, so who knows what she has in store for us next.

Having been nominated by friend Eva Longoria, the designer puts forward Tom Ford, Cruz Beckham and Katie Holmes.

Beckham is the latest name to have joined the campaign, which others including Oprah, Justin Bieber, George Bush, Russell Brand, Anna Wintour, Coleen Rooney, Piers Morgan, Cheryl Cole and Bill Gates.

The only two to have publicly turned down the challenge are Barack Obama (which seems fair that the US President does not have freezing water thrown over him) and Vladimir Putin, which is altogether more disappointing.

The charity challenge raises money for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which affects the nerves that control body movement and can lead to paralysis. There is currently no cure.
