Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, with one eye on next week's Champions League semi-final second leg against Real Madrid, made four changes for the trip to Everton.
Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones, Jack Grealish and Bernardo Silva all dropped to the bench after the 1-1 draw in the Bernabeu, with Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez, Julian Alvarez and Phil Foden coming in.
Everton made one enforced change from Monday's surprise 5-1 win at Brighton with Mason Holgate coming in for absent left-back Vitalii Mykolenko.

The Citizens are proving unstoppable in the league at the moment, winning their last 10 on the bounce, and are unbeaten in their last 21 outings in all competitions (W17 D4). They come into today on the back of a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in their Champions League semi-final first leg. As for Everton, they pulled off an incredible 5-1 shock win over Brighton and Hove Albion on Monday, ending a run of seven without a victory (D4 L3) and getting their first away win under Sean Dyche as they moved out of the relegation zone.
