Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are all in Boxing Day Premier League action with six games kicking off at 3pm on a busy day of festive football.

United need to beat Burnley if they are to have any chance of hunting down Manchester City after a 13-point gap at the top of the Premier League table, having slipped to a 2-2 draw last time out against a 10-man Leicester City. Chelsea can gain ground on United if they fail to win, as the Blues take on Brighton & Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge.

Leicester are also in action again as they make the trip to Watford, while Bournemouth host West Ham on the south coast looking to recover from last weekend’s 4-0 thrashing by City. Huddersfield Town host Stoke City at the John Smith’s Stadium, while the final 3pm kick-off sees West Bromwich Albion face Everton.

The evening kick-off sees Liverpool entertain Swansea at Anfield.

Have a guess what Jose got for Christmas...

7 mins: GOAL! BOURNEMOUTH 0 WEST HAM 1:

West Ham have the lead on the south coast! James Collins is the man on target, flicking home Aaron Cresswell's corner at the near post. The goalscorer tears off in delight as David Moyes celebrates on the touchline. It's a wonderful Christmas for the Gingers.

10 mins: GOAL! HUDDERSFIELD 1 STOKE 0:

A first Huddersfield Town goal for Tom Ince! After Collin Quaner burst down the right, his cross was deflected invitingly into the path of the Huddersfield forward, who made no mistake in placing his shot past Jack Butland from close range.

It's all getting a bit religious around here. I'm not sure we can advocate such a thing at Christmas time.

29 mins: GOAL! BOUNEMOUTH 1 WEST HAM 1:

Dan Gosling has his second in three games - although his first in the league since November 2016. The former Newcastle, Everton and Plymouth man has equalised at Dean Court after smashing home Josh King's pass after Ryan Fraser's free-kick had caused chaos in the West Ham penalty area.

36 mins: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 0 BURNLEY 2:

What a goal! And what a story developing at Old Trafford! Manchester United have yet against been undone by a free-kick, but unlike Ashley Barnes' opener, there was nothing David de Gea and his defence could have done about this wonder strike from Steven Defour. The Belgian midfielder took charge of a set-piece 25-yards out, curling a superb right-footed effort over the wall and into the very top left corner of the goal at the Stretford End. The Clarets are on the march!

37 mins: GOAL! WATFORD 0 LEICESTER 1:

Riyad Mahrez has scored at Vicarage Road for the third time and Leicester lead in Hertfordshire. Just as he was in the dying seconds against Manchester United on Sunday, Marc Albrighton was the creative force here with a lovely cross into the box. This time it was Mahrez on the receiving end, rising at the far post to head home beyond Heurelho Gomes

45 mins: GOAL! WATFORD 1 LEICESTER 1:

Watford were not behind for long! The Foxes failed to deal with Tom Cleverley's corner, and when Richarlison's attempted overhead kick was blocked, there was Molla Wague - on his Premier League debut - to turn the ball home from close range to equalise. They will go in all-square at the break at Vicarage Road.
