With only one substitution window left for either side, Selles and Conte will have to be extremely careful deciding when to add fresh legs to the pitch. Expect to see multiple changes at one juncture - especially for Southampton as they search for an equaliser - though alterations too early could prevent cover should there be yet another injury. Southampton will have no choice but to open up and could use the introduction of Sulemana, while Spurs will likely introduce Emerson and a centre-back to help hold the lead.
