WWE Raw: Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul to guest host weekly wrestling show
Aaron Paul will follow in Entourage actor Jeremy Piven's footsteps
WWE has confirmed that Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul will guest host Monday Night Raw on 3 March.
The Emmy-winner has been on a whirlwind promotional tour for new movie Need For Speed lately, and will enter the squared circle for the first time on Monday when he hosts the weekly wrestling show, with the WWE saying he is 'sure to set off fireworks'.
Celebrity guest hosts invariably get a tough time from the heel of the moment on Raw, so Paul can expect an interruption from 'Bad News Barrett', and may even get to throw in a punch or two.
Previous guest hosts on the show have included Jeremy Piven, Snoop Dogg and Johnny Knoxville.
Need For Speed hits cinemas on March 14, but Paul's next project is to be quite different from the gasoline-soaked action movie.
He is to lend his voice to a Netflix cartoon about a whiskey-drinking horse later in the year, starring in Bojack Horseman alongside Arrested Development's Will Arnett.
In other WWE news, the company launched a subscription stream service this week called the WWE Network, offering access to pay-per-views, weekly shows and a vault of old matches.
