Travel Challenge: A luxury Turkish holiday
Friday 11 May 2012
Each week, we invite three companies to offer us their best deal for a specific holiday. Today: a summer beach break in Turkey. Prices are per person, based on two people travelling together. Each package includes a week's accommodation, transfers and flights from the UK in mid June.
Includes Turkish Airlines flights from Heathrow to Bodrum via Istanbul on 11 June and B&B at Kempinski Barbaros Bay near Bodrum. "This chic retreat has a private beach, Six Senses spa, and luxury dining. Unwind in the pool overlooking the bay," says Jemma Purvis of Kuoni Travel (01306 747008; kuoni.co.uk).
Includes charter flights from Stansted's private terminal to Dalaman on 9 June and B&B at the Dionysos Estate (pictured) on the Bozburun peninsula, plus a boat trip. "A stylish hotel with stunning views, a beach club, Decléor spa, pool and three restaurants," says Andrew Lee of Exclusive Escapes (020-8605 3500; exclusiveescapes.co.uk).
