Travel Departures: A little learning

THE NATIONAL Institute of Adult Continuing Education (Niace) has produced the latest edition of Time to Learn, a directory of winter learning holidays. It lists more than 2,000 learning breaks in the UK and abroad with courses starting from pounds 80 for a weekend including accommodation, tuition and meals.
