Travel: Departures: Bergen flight

BRITISH Midland has launched a new daily scheduled service from Heathrow to Bergen, Norway's second city. Fares start at pounds 170 for a SuperApex return, which must be booked and paid for seven days before departure - and the stay must include at least one Saturday night.
