THE 1993 edition of the Logis de France guide listing details of 4,200 member hotels and restaurants is now out. Accommodation costs from pounds 18 to pounds 45 per night; typical three or four-course menus in Logis restaurants range from pounds 9 to pounds 30. The guide is available from bookshops or the French Government Tourist Office, 178 Piccadilly, London W1V 0AL for pounds 8.50 (pounds 9.50 by post).
