‘Shambles’: Rishi Sunak clashes with radio host over Bibby Stockholm migrant barge

UK prime minister Rishi Sunak has been challenged over his handling of the Bibby Stockholm migrant barge during an interview on LBC.

Talking to Nick Ferrari on LBC, the radio host challenged Sunak over the migrant barge, labelling it a "shambles."

Nick grills Sunak further, saying the migrants were "due to go on yesterday" and expresses worry that they might not go on until next week.

Rishi Sunak insists the Bibby Stockholm barge is "not a shambles" and went on to say: "This is an example of me doing something different that hasn't been done before."

Sunak said the barge will "help solve a serious problem", but the two clash further as Nick Ferrari laments that it "hasn't been done yet."
