#Harwood, #G20, #Tomlinson

PC Simon #Harwood was cleared of killing newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson during the G20 protests in London. Today there is a hearing on his misconduct. The internal Metropolitan Police hearing, which is the first of its kind to be made public, is deciding whether to continue considering the point of whether his actions inadvertently contributed to Mr Tomlinson's death.

‏@JeromeTaylor tweets: "#Harwood lawyers say he has admitted his actions were gross misconduct but charge he inadvertently caused #Tomlison death is "grotesque"" and "Lawyers for #Harwood claim #Tomlinson death was "freakish mischance" & "completely unforeseeable". #G20"

#LFW

It's @LondonFashionWk again, and our reporters are covering all the hot gossip from the catwalks. See Rebecca Gonsalves' (@R_Gonsalves) piece today: Vivienne Westwood declares war on materialism in hotpants and helmet and Harriet Walker's (@harrywalker) feature on designer perfumes and whether they're worth the expensive pricetag, to stay bang on trend this week.

The British Fashion Council (@bfc) tweets: "5 days of myriad fashion experiences, 62 catwalk shows, 20 presentations... We’ll make it something to remember. Welcome to #LFW SS13.."

Michael van der Ham

In related fashion news, @m_van_der_ham's latest collection is being shown at #LFW right now. Twitter is so excited.

@TimesFashion tweets: "White Alice bands and furry heels at Michael van der Ham #lfw http://pic.twitter.com/bfnP3NK5"
