One of the many reasons Game of Thrones has been so successful comes down to the number of theories surrounding the show, fans eagerly discussing every episode on internet forums.

Unsurprisingly, there’s going to be an aftershow, featuring commentary on each episode moments after being broadcast, much like The Walking Dead show Talking Dead.

According to Variety, Bill Simmons of The Ringer struck a deal with Twitter and Periscope, meaning the show — named Talk the Thrones — will broadcast, for free, on the social media platforms.

Previously, The Ringer’s aftershow commentary was aired on HBO Go under the name After the Thrones and was exclusively available on the platform. Andy Greenwald and Chris Ryan will once again host.

Recently, HBO released almost a dozen new photographs from the upcoming season, teasing more action between the Starks and Lannisters.

Season seven of Game of Thrones reaches HBO on the 16 July (17 July for UK viewers where the show will be available on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV).
