Despite a number of the WWE’s recent breakout stars headlining both Raw and Smackdown throughout the year, WrestleMania 33 will feel like déjà vu for many, with the main event set to see old rivals Goldberg and Lesnar face off, 13 years after their first Mania encounter.

The Undertaker will also look to stretch his incredible Mania record to 24-1 when he takes on Roman Reigns, while the WWE Championship will be up for grabs when former partners Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton – winner of the Royal Rumble – go head-to-head.

Shane McMahon will return to the squared-circle to take on former champion AJ Styles in a bitter and hate-fuelled feud that stemmed from the latter losing the WWE Championship at the Rumble and subsequently throwing the former through a car window.

Also on the match card, Seth Rollins returns from a knee injury inflicted by Triple H, who turned on his protégé in a long-winded feud that should culminate at WrestleMania.

Here’s everything you need to know about WrestleMania 33.

Where can I watch it?

WrestleMania 33 will be shown live on the WWE Network, which costs £9.99-a-month. You can also watch it on Sky Sports Box Office for a one-off fee of £19.95.

WrestleMania 33 will also be covered by The Independent’s live blog on this page.

Can I still buy tickets?

Legally, no. The event is already a sell-out, meaning around 75,000 WWE fans will cram into the Camping World Stadium nine years after it last held WrestleMania.

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

We have our first match of the night, and it's a big'un. AJ Styles certainly went about the unusual way of getting his WrestleMania bout, having lost his WWE World Championship, lost his rematch, and eventually putting Shane's head through a car window. Last year, Shane leapt off a cell and through the announcers' table in his epic battle with The Undertaker, so what's he got in store this year?

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

McMahon head out first and he can only watch as Styles marches down to the ring, taunting his opponent and showing off to the fans. He looks confident, but will he be complacent?

Styles immediately tells McMahon that he won't be trading any punches, and that he's here to wrestle. McMahon seems happy to meet his demands and the get it on on middle of the ring.

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

The Commissioner shows nice agility to leap over Styles as he's whipped across the ring, but Styles quickly throws him over his shoulder before mocking McMahon by performaing his trademark shuffle. It infuriates McMahon, and he grounds Styles three times before going for a pin. Styles grabs the ropes and rolls out of the ring, only to turn around and see him mocking The Phenomenal One.

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

McMahon releases a number of punches and elbows on Styles after he hits him with a straight right, but Styles is able to throw McMahon outside the ring to stop the attack before nailing a baseball slide that sends McMahon over the announcers' table in dramatic scenes. Is someone about to go through it?! Not yet, as Styles pulls him back into the ring, but you know it's just a matter of time...

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

Style begins to dominate the match, but when he goes for the Phenomenal Elbow, McMahon dives onto the ropes to knock him to the canvas. McMahon then goes for a number of throws and gets a two-count, but Styles responds with an Ocean to Ocean and rolls Shane into the Calf Crusher. Shane's in trouble! But he rolls Styles into a rear naked chokehold before switching the submission move to an armbar! It's like a UFC match out there.

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

Styles goes for a front-flip off the ropes, but McMahon counters and catches him in an triangle that looks a lot like The Undertaker's Hell's Gate. Styles manages to stand up while still in the hold though, and lands the Styles Clash! he goes for the pin...1...2..kick out!

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

Styles kicks the referee in the head! He went for McMahon but he ducked out the way and Mike Chioda was stood right behind. The medical staff are checking on the referee, but Styles has other ideas and brings two trash cans into the ring.

Shane McMahon vs AJ Styles

Styles sets McMahon up for the Coast to Coast! He laces the trash can in McMahon's face, and as he leaps from one side to the ring to the other, McMahon gets up and slams the trash can into his face! He then gets the second trash can and goes for the same...he nails it! McMahon kicks the trash can square in the face of Styles. He goes for the pin as the referee gets back up...

Two count! Styles kicks out!

Shane clears the announcers' table - I told you it wouldn't be long - and he places Styles's motionless body on top of it. He's going for the flying elbow through the table, and climbs the top rope! Styles moves! Shane goes straight through the table!
