Andy Lynes

Andy Lynes has more than 15 years of experience and is an author and freelance food, drink and travel writer for The Times, The Telegraph, the Metro, the Guardian and BBC Good Food. Andy also writes for The Independent where he has covered everything from the best restaurants in Brighton to the best slow cookers. Aside from writing, he is a lecturer at Leith's School of Food and Wine and a Masterchef semi-finalist.
