Watch out Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin: British art has some new rising stars if the shortlist for this year's Catlin Art Prize is any guide. The award's curator, Justin Hammond, has selected 10 new talents who, he says, show "real potential to make a significant mark in the next decade".
