5 Ways To Wear: Glittery make-up

Along with other relics from Glam Rock, glittery make-up has spent a few years in the wilderness. But with the release of 'Velvet Goldmine', a eulogy to all things Glam, it's about to make a comeback. The least obvious way to reincorporate glitter into your make-up is to use a little sparkly gel on neck, arms or decolletage.
