She may not be a lead principal yet – but she has certainly bypassed the 60 swans. This Surrey-born ballerina, who joined her mum's ballet school aged three, dances Odette/Odile in the English National Ballet's Swan Lake at the Royal Albert Hall next month, on Tamara Rojo's nights off.

She gained attention in ENB's Giselle in 2010, then won this year's Emerging Dancer Competition People's Choice Award. Surely it's time for a big promotion?
