In America, the atrocious comedy-thriller Money Train has sparked a string of copycat murders in which subway attendants have been incinerated in their ticket-booths (when it's the stars, Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson, who really deserve to go up in smoke). Father of the Bride 2 finds Steve Martin (above, who has become a white Cosby, with bad jokes and worse dress sense) reprising his role as a put-upon father who must suppress his latent desire to sleep with his daughter. It's all disguised as a jolly farce, of course, but we know different. (All figures denote weekend box-office only.)
