With Journey to the New World, guitar virtuoso Sharon Isbin offers a bridge between the cultures, tracing the passage of folk instrumentals from courtly Renaissance lute works such as "Greensleeves", through classic English folksong like "Wild Mountain Thyme", to the American developments presented in suites by John Duarte and Mark O'Connor. The former's Joan Baez Suite features a selection of American classics such as "Lily of the West" and "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?"

Download this: 'Wild Mountain Thyme', 'Where Have All the Flowers Gone?', 'Drewrie's Accords'
