Angie Le Mar is the brains behind this raucous hour of comedy. She is supported by Verna Francis (a great singing voice), Yvette Rochester Duncan (oozing sassy humour), and Tracey Mass Linsday (the least assured). One of the best sketches sees two bored white girls (check out those wigs) running a 'Black Soul' record label, encouraging acts to 'soften the reggae so's everyone can enjoy it'. But it's Le Mar, as herself, offering stand- up advice, and as Gladys Knight's has-been American friend, who takes the biscuit.
