Avengers: Infinity War: Sebastian Stan reveals he filmed huge scene featuring Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer

If fans are feeling a little clueless as to the fate of their favourite heroes, they need not feel alone – the cast of Avengers 4 are just as baffled.

Sebastian Stan, who plays Bucky Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, told Collider that he’s not actually sure he’s in the upcoming sequel to Avengers: Infinity War, as the films were shot simultaneously.

“When I was shooting anything, nobody ever told me what was part one or part two,” he said. “The truth is, I don’t even know if I’m in [Avengers 4]. What I shot was in part one. And anything that I shot may or may not have been in part one or part two and I still don’t know. There were things that we shot that were never gonna make it because it was easier to just convolute the whole thing. So in a way, you go ‘Alright, that’s cool, but... ‘”

“But you know it’s going to deliver on a level that we probably haven’t even digested yet. Because that’s what they do best.”

The actor did, however, describe a scene to The Independent that seemed to come from Avengers 4. “There was one scene, I think, we had where everybody was there. I can’t really talk about that scene, but I knew it took them three months in planning this scene to have everyone there,” he said. “You look around and you just saw everyone from Samuel L. Jackson to Michael Douglas to Michelle Pfeiffer. Everybody was there.”

Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on 26 April 2019.
