This is teased at the climax of the trailer which shows him in the ring with a fellow boxer named Drago, the son of franchise villain Ivan (Dolph Lundgren) who killed Creed's father, Apollo in 1985 sequel Rocky IV .
Helping him along the way will be Rocky Balboa himself with Sylvester Stallone - who was robbed of a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his performance in Creed - writing and producing the film from director Steven Caple Jr. Lundgren himself will reprise his villainous role for the film.
