Gettin’ Wet on Wet with Deadpool

Having smashed box-office records last year, fans are awaiting Deadpool’s sequel with much excitement hoping Ryan Reynolds can once again bring magic to the role.

Finally, the first teaser has landed, featuring some actual footage from the upcoming film, along with a hilarious Bob Ross spoof called Gettin’ Wet on Wet with Deadpool.

The clip begins with the titular character wearing a bushy wig, open white shirt, and blue jeans, carrying a set of paints before a white canvas.

After joking about loving cocaine, the antihero’s feed cuts out around the 1:30 mark, a 10-second montage of clips from the movie playing out.

During the montage, we briefly see Morena Baccarin, T. J. Miller, Leslie Uggams, and Brianna Hildebrand back as Vanessa, Weasel, Blind Al, and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, respectively. There are also brief glimmers of Zazie Beetz as Domino and Julian Dennison as a fire wielding mutant.

Deadpool 2 — which also stars Josh Brolin as the mutant Cable — reaches cinemas next year.
