A stuntman has been seriously injured on the set of Fast & Furious 9 after an incident that occurred late Monday (22 July) morning at Warner Bros studios in Hertfordshire.
Production has been halted after the man was injured in a fall on set and suffered a “serious head injury”, a spokesman for East of England Ambulance Service said.
The man, who has not been named, was taken to hospital in an air ambulance. Police arrived on scene to assist and carry out initial enquiries.

“We have halted production for the day to focus on this situation.”
According to The Sun, the stuntman was acting out Vin Diesel ‘s part when a safety cable apparently snapped as he jumped off a balcony.
“The stuntman fell at least 30ft – maybe a bit more,“ a source told The Sun
The Warner Bros Leavesden studios have been used for the filming of Mission Impossible, James Bond and Star Wars films, and are where the Harry Potter Studios Tour is held.
Fast & Furious 9 , the latest instalment in the long-running franchise about illegal street racing, will star Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Helen Mirren .
