Daniel Radcliffe has shared the first image from the set of his new film imperium, in which he plays an undercover FBI agent who infiltrates a group of neo-Nazis believed to be building a dirty bomb.
It’s a bold change from his Harry Potter image, with Radcliffe shaving his head for the part.
“Hi Everyone, here's the first look of me as FBI agent Nate Foster in IMPERIUM,” Radcliffe wrote on Google+ of all places.
“We began filming the movie this week. I'm very excited about it and will tell you more about it soon! -Dan”.
Imperium is based on the real life experiences of ex-FBI agent Michael German, who co-wrote the script with relative newcomer director Daniel Ragussis.
Radcliffe will next appear in Victor Frankenstein, a different retelling of Shelley’s classic story in which he plays sidekick Igor.
