If Paul Feig keeps his social media game up, we’ll have seen Ghostbusters by the time the film is released.
Not that we’re complaining. The director has now given an insight into what the all-female Ghostbusters team will be driving.
No, it’s not a Mini or a VW Golf, instead Melissa McCarthy and gang will be driving the same car as their male Eighties forbearers.
The new Ecto-1, complete with multiple sirens and fog horns, looks pretty similar to the one Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis roamed around in in 1984.
Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones certainly won’t be complaining about their ride come the film’s release in July.
Feig’s latest drip feed tease follows news that The Wire’s Omar, aka Michael K Williams, and Chris Hemsworth both have roles in the movie.
Hemsworth with play a receptionist in Feig’s gender-inverted world. We can’t wait to see what else he has in store.
