Johnny English returned once before, and now the world’s greatest spy returns once again!
Rowan Atkinson’s dumbfounded character will next appear in Johnny English Strikes Again, the trailer for which has finally appeared online.
Turns out, since we last saw English saving the world, the spy has become a school teacher desperately seeking his next mission.
Luckily, disaster strikes as all undercover British operatives have their identities revealed, and the only man to have not been affected is our hero English.
The new trailer sees him tackle virtual reality, French cyclists, and magnetic boots – watch above.
Bill Miller returns as the ever helpful Angus Bough, while Emma Thompson will play the new Prime Minister, and Olga Kurylenko playing the villain. The movie reaches UK cinemas 12 October.
The full synopsis for the second sequel reads: “Johnny English Strikes Again is the third instalment of the Johnny English comedy series, with Rowan Atkinson returning as the much loved accidental secret agent.
“The new adventure begins when a cyber-attack reveals the identity of all active undercover agents in Britain, leaving Johnny English as the secret service’s last hope. Called out of retirement, English dives head first into action with the mission to find the mastermind hacker.
“As a man with few skills and analogue methods, Johnny English must overcome the challenges of modern technology to make this mission a success.
