Mamma Mia 2 trailer: First look at ABBA sequel Here We Go Again
Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried and Pierce Brosnan are back for more ABBA antics
The first trailer for ABBA musical sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again has been released.
10 years after the hugely successful first film grossed over $600m (£449m) globally, all of the original cast - including Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried and Julie Walters - have returned for the sequel that will show the backstory of Streep's character in flashback featuring a younger version of Donna played by Lily James.
The trailer has led to concerns from fans that Donna has, in fact, died with the film reflecting upon her past in memory of the character.
Dominic Cooper, Christine Baranski and the actors behind Sophie's possible dads - Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgård and Colin Firth - will also return for more alongside a cameo appearance from Cher who shows up at the trailer's climax as her "uninvited" grandmother.

Written and directed by The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel's Ol Parker, the film will see ABBA members Benny Anderson and Björn Ulvaeus once again provide music and lyrics for the surefire blockbuster.
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again will be released on 20 July 2018.
