A biopic of the late Jim Henson, the creator of The Muppets and Sesame Street, is in the works with the Henson Company and Walt Disney, who own the rights to the characters. The two are partnering to make a film about the life and times of the man behind the legendary children's show.

The director being considered is Michael Gracey, who has made music videos and commercials, including the famed Evian spot with "roller babies" that became a viral video (which can be seen at www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQcVllWpwGs).

Titled The Muppet Man, it is scheduled for release in 2013 - but not to be confused with an untitled Muppet movie starring Kermit the Frog, in the works for 2012.
