Tom Holland has revealed the dramatic transformation he has undergone in order to film the third Spider-Man film, No Way Home.

The actor shared an Instagram Story over the weekend where he was seen posing with personal trainer Duffy Gaver, after their last session together.

“I never post s*** like this but it's our last day so f*** it,” he captioned the photo. “Thank you @duffygaver for making everything about this job better. Love you pal.”

Holland had previously spoken of the gruelling process he went through for the Russo brothers film Cherry, for which he lost around 27lb before gaining it again to play a marine in the same movie.

The 24-year-old said he got “very sick” during the ordeal and would not want to go through it again.

Last month, Holland revealed he plans on taking a break from acting after shooting No Way Home.

“I'm gonna go home and just enjoy some time, you know – it's the first time since I signed on to Spider-Man that I don't have a contract with someone,” he told USA Today.

“I might go skiing, because that's something I've not really been allowed to do, because it's obviously a dangerous sport and I have to make sure that I'm fit and healthy and ready to work.

“I'm just gonna go home and see where the wind takes me.”
