Toy Story 4 trailer

Marvel star Madeleine McGraw has joined the cast of Pixar’s Toy Story 4.

According to Deadline, she’s set to voice Bonnie, who was first introduced in 2010’s Toy Story 3, where she was voiced by Emily Hahn.

The film saw Bonnie inherit Andy’s toys, with the new sequel seeing the young child add a reluctant new toy called Forky to her room.

McGraw is best known for her role in last year’s Ant-Man and the Wasp, where she played the young version of Evangeline Lily’s character, Hope van Dyne.

She also had a series regular role on Cinemax’s now-cancelled Outcast series, while appearing in the upcoming horror film The Curse of La Llorona.

Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack will all return as the voices of Woody, Buzz, and Jessie. Forky is voiced by Tony Hale, with Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele voicing new characters Ducky and Bunny.

Hanks teased the climax of the film as a “moment in history”, adding: “The way you record Toy Story, you’re in a room with the team that has created it. When I went in for my last day of recording, I wanted to have my back to them, because usually, you’re facing him so he can look right up and you can talk about it. But I didn’t want to see them and pretend they couldn’t see me.”

Toy Story 4 will be released in cinemas on 21 June 2019.
