Frustrated Alma is going through ch-ch-changes in the parochial hinterlands of Norway. The 15-year-old's hormones are going haywire, she uses phone sex lines, has sexual fantasies about the popular Artur and buys smutty magazines.
Alma's contemporaries ostracise her after an incident at the youth centre, so the teen the runs away to Oslo. It all sounds terribly angst-ridden, but Jannicke Systad Jacobsen's adroit drama manages to be droll and refreshingly honest.
