One day a storm of biblical proportions arrives and Hushpuppy drifts on a nature-filled odyssey. Benh Zeitlin's poetic debut, inspired by Hurricane Katrina, is a film of beauty, compassion and anger that evokes Mark Twain, Luis Bunuel and Terrence Malick.
