Olivia Colman, as an aggressive relationship counsellor, tries valiantly to rescue this contrived, occasionally witty Brit romcom. Rafe Spall's buffoonish novelist and Rose Byrne's humourless PR agent play a couple who marry after dating each other a mere seven months.

Minnie Driver's spiteful wedding guest claims it'll "last a year". She's right, and other suitors (Simon Baker and Anna Faris, who plays the only likeable character here) step in.
