Sofia Coppola's flimsy true tale centres on a gang of vacuous, venal and vain teens who break into the celebrity homes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, etc, (very easily; sometimes the keys are under the mat) and pilfer their designer gear. The most interesting character is impressionable Sam (Israel Broussard), whose loneliness leads him into the clutches of Rebecca (Katie Chang) and Nicki (Emma Watson). As shallow as its characters.
