Armando Iannucci's US version of The Thick of It isn't as droll and caustic (it badly misses Malcolm Tucker) as the Brit version, but Julia Louis-Dreyfus is very good value as potty-mouthed Selina.

Her vice president bumbles through various crises, including pregnancy rumours and reports that she's a "diva", while her shambling aides try to suppress the toxic stories.
