DVD: Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (U)
Following on from the success of the 2010 film Diary of a Wimpy Kid comes the hilarious sequel, which sees Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) end up in a whole new set of embarrassing situations.
This time, Greg is trying to win the affections of the new girl Holly Hills (Peyton List), survive his second year at middle school, and avoid incurring the wrath of his older brother Rodrick (Devon Bostick), who enjoys terrorising him. Adapted from the popular series of books by Jeff Kinney, this is an enjoyable family film with some great performances from the young cast, most notably Gordon, who is brilliant as the wimpy kid.
