This boorish rip-off of Planes, Trains and Automobiles suffers from a fatal lack of chemistry between leads Robert Downey Jr and Zach Galifianakis.

Steve Martin and John Candy's abject road-trippers gained laughs and sympathy. This delivers neither. Uptight businessman Peter (Downey Jr) needs to get home to LA sharpish, where his wife's giving birth. Encountering deranged aspiring actor, Ethan (Galifianakis), his journey spirals into predictable farce . The main "gags" here include a masturbating dog, Peter punching a small boy and the duo drinking a dead man's ashes. A desperately disappointing follow-up to The Hangover.
