Low-budget British thriller about a fractious young couple (William Ash and Christine Bottomley) who are driving along the M1 on a dark and stormy night when they spot something sinister about a lorry up ahead.
The police and security guards they talk to are more inclined to arrest them than to help them, so they take matters into their own hands. You might need a crane for all the disbelief that needs suspending, but Hush is still an excellent debut, with a truckload of crafty twists.
