Filmed in the aftermath of their Live Aid performance – arguably the highlight of their career – this is a humdrum account of Queen's "Magic" tour and its climax in Budapest, the first stadium-rock concert to be staged behind what was then the Iron Curtain.
The build-up, featuring interviews with the band, looks very dated now, like an extended slot from Nationwide.
The concert itself springs few surprises, confirming the band's studious professionalism, knack for a crowd-pleasing tune and, Mercury aside, utter lack of stage charisma. It didn't appear to do them any harm.
