As in a Tarantino film, there's tension beneath the hyper-masculine banter between assassin and camera-man, and there's a delicious contrast between the confidence of the hitman (played by writer-director Scott Ryan) and the measured tones of the unseen German-accented film-maker, who's just a touch nervous about whether his friend will remain a "happy chappy". Magic stuff.
