Sir: I see once again that there is talk of mass airstrikes against Serbia. However, yet again NATO will strike the wrong targets.

The problem of Serbian aggression is not military but political. There is only one legitimate target - those ultimately responsible for Serbian agression, the government in Belgrade. Perhaps then Slobodan Milosevic will get the message loud and clear.
