Sir: I put my application to renew my passport into Bridgwater Post Office on 15 June. My new EU passport was delivered by normal post on 29 June. I had said on the form that I required the passport by 1 August. Very relieved and heartfelt thanks to the Passport Agency and the staff at Bridgwater Post Office.
