Sir: In your leading article of 12 October, you urged Nato to use decisive force against Serbia to prevent further bloodshed and torture in Kosovo. However, in doing so were you not also urging them to inflict on the unborn babies of Serbia the same terrible cancers now afflicting the babies of Iraq? Or would the new bombs have no uranium fall-out?
